The initial discovery call is 30 minutes and completely complimentary. For individual consultations, we typically schedule 60-90 minute sessions. Team and corporate consultations may require 2-3 hours for the initial assessment, depending on complexity and scope.

Primary consultations are conducted in English. For German-speaking clients, we can accommodate consultations in German. For other languages, we can arrange professional interpretation services for corporate engagements. Please indicate your language preference in your consultation request.

That's perfectly normal! During our initial discovery call, we'll discuss your specific challenges and goals. Based on this conversation, I'll recommend the most appropriate service package and transformation pathway. There's no obligation to commit to any specific program during the initial consultation.

Absolutely. While I'm based in Berlin, the majority of my consultations are conducted via secure video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams). For corporate engagements requiring on-site presence, travel arrangements can be discussed during the proposal phase. Remote consultations are equally effective for individual, team, and organizational transformation work.

We understand that schedules change. For individual consultations, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For team and corporate sessions, we request 48 hours notice. Emergency situations are always accommodated with understanding and flexibility.
